Terms and Conditions
- 1.“Bloom In Style” campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser’’) from 21 July 2023 until 13 August 2023 (both dates inclusive) at Alamanda Shopping Centre only.
- 2.Campaign mechanics:
- Instant Rewards
Spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores to receive an Alamanda Tote Bag. - High Spender Rewards
Spend RM800 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores to receive an Alamanda Tote Bag and RM50 Alamanda Fashion Voucher. - Lucky Draw Contest
– Spend RM800 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores to receive an Alamanda Tote Bag and RM50 Alamanda Fashion Voucher.
For eg : Spend RM600 will receive 2 entry forms; spend RM900 will receive 3 entry forms.
– Shoppers will receive an additional 1 entry form on Weekdays Special (Monday until Thursday, excluding public holiday).
For eg : Spend RM300 will receive 2 entry forms; spend RM600 will receive 3 entry forms and spend RM900 will receive 4 entry forms.

- 3.Eligibility to participate in the Campaign
- Instant Rewards:
Shoppers must spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores to receive an Alamanda Tote Bag. - High Spender Rewards:
Shoppers must spend RM800 and above in maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores to receive an Alamanda Tote Bag and RM50 Alamanda Fashion Voucher. - Lucky Draw Contest
– Shoppers will receive 1 entry form for every RM300 spend in maximum of two (2) receipts at any Fashion or Beauty specialty stores.
For eg : Spend RM600 will receive 2 entry forms; spend RM900 will receive 3 entry forms.
– Weekdays Special (Monday until Thursday, excluding public holiday) Shoppers will receive an additional 1 entry form on Weekdays Special
For eg : Spend RM300 will receive 2 entry forms; spend RM600 will receive 3 entry forms and spend RM900 will receive 4 entry forms - Redemption of rewards and participation in Lucky Draw Contest is only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at participating Fashion or Beauty specialty stores in Alamanda Shopping Centre.
- Redemption of rewards and participation in the Lucky Draw Contest must be made on the same day of purchase.
- Shoppers are ineligible to participate in the Rewards Campaign for original receipts issued by using the Alamanda shopping vouchers (from Alamanda’s other campaigns) either in full or in part of the purchase price.
- Redemption of rewards is while stocks last.
- RM50 Alamanda Fashion Voucher is valid for usage only at participating Fashion & Beauty specialty stores.
- Shoppers must be 18 years and above of age on or before 21 July 2023.
- Shoppers must retain original receipt(s) for verification purpose
- Organiser’s tenants, suppliers (including its respective subsidiaries), employees and respective immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any Lucky Draw Contest entries or disqualify any Shopper without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- In order to participate in the Lucky Draw Contest to win Alamanda Fashion Vouchers, Shoppers are required to provide their complete personal information (name, mobile number, Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/ MyPR), passport number for foreign nationalities and email address) on the Lucky Draw entry form. And Shopper must answer the question “What is the minimum spend required to be eligible for this contest?”.
- Lucky Draw Contest forms that are incomplete, unclear and/or not in satisfactory manner howsoever will be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.

– 9 Prizes of RM1000 Alamanda Fashion Voucher. - The Organiser’s decision is final and binding and no appeals will be entertained.
- The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Rewards and Lucky Draw Prizes with other rewards or prizes of similar value without prior notice and without compensation.
- Rewards and Prizes are given on an ‘as is’ basis and shall be non-transferable, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind whether in part or in full.
- Rewards and Prizes are subject to the Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Rewards and Prizes details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable the control of the Organiser and for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.
- The Organiser’s decision is final and absolute, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- Instant Rewards
- 5.Lucky Draw Contest – winners’ selection
- A closed-door lucky draw from a pool of entries will be organised at Alamanda Shopping Centre Management Office to pick ten (10) winners from the submitted entry forms.
- Winners will be notified by the Organiser up to a maximum of three (3) attempts via phone, email and SMS. The winners will be required to respond within three (3) days.
- The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for any reasons whatsoever. The Organiser reserves the right to select another winner upon 3 failed attempts to contact any of the winners.
- 6.Collection of Lucky Draw Contest Prizes
- Ten (10) winners are required to be present and participate in the prize presentation ceremony gimmick to be held at Alamanda Shopping Centre.
- The winners for the RM3000 (1 winner) and RM1000 (9 winners) of Alamanda Fashion Vouchers will be determined by a gimmick at the prize presentation ceremony.
- The prize presentation ceremony is scheduled to be on 29th August 2023 (subject to any changes by the Organiser).
- Winners will collect the Prizes at the prize presentation ceremony.
- In the event that any of the winner is unable to attend the prize presentation ceremony and collect his/her Prize in person, winner may appoint his/her representative through submission of an authorisation letter to the Organiser at least seven (7) days before the prize presentation ceremony.
- Winner must produce the official email or SMS or WhatsApp provided by the Organiser, personal identification card (MyKad, MyPR or passport) and original receipts of purchases to claim the Prize. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any claim should the winner fail to produce any of the required documents.
- Winners shall bear their own travelling and personal expenses to collect their Prize. Winners are responsible for their safety during the journey to and from Alamanda Shopping Centre. Organiser will not be held responsible for any cause of personal injury / death / loss of property.
- 7.By participating in this Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
- to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- to have consented to the Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal data/information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications and purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
- to have released the Organiser from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Rewards and Lucky Draw Prizes.
- to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
- 8. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any of the Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion deems fit. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against the Organiser for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
