Treats On Us 2024 Campaign Terms and Conditions
- 1.Treats On Us 2024 campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser’’) from 14 June 2024 until 30 June 2024 (both dates inclusive) at Alamanda Shopping Centre only.
- 2.Rewards Campaign mechanics:
- F&B Rewards
Spend RM40 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any F&B specialty stores to receive RM20 Alamanda F&B Voucher. - Weekday Specials
- Shoppers who participated in the F&B Rewards on weekdays (Monday – Thursday, excluding public holiday) stand a chance to receive RM500 Alamanda F&B Voucher through a lucky draw.

- 3.Eligibility to participate in the Rewards Campaign
- F&B Rewards: Spend RM40 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any F&B specialty stores to receive RM20 Alamanda F&B Voucher.
- Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any F&B specialty stores in Alamanda Shopping Centre excluding RASA Food court, pushcarts, and promotional leasing kiosks.
- Redemption of rewards must be made on the same day of purchase.
- Shoppers are ineligible to participate in the F&B Rewards for original receipts issued by using Alamanda Shopping Vouchers (from Alamanda’s other campaigns) either in full or in part of the purchase price.
- Shoppers must retain the original receipt(s) for verification purposes.
- The Organiser’s tenants and suppliers (including its respective subsidiaries) are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
- 4.Eligibiltiy to participate in the Weekday Specials Lucky Draw
- Shoppers who participate in the F&B Rewards during weekdays (Monday – Thursday, excluding public holiday) will qualify for participation in the Weekday Specials Lucky Draw.
- In order to participate in the Weekday Specials Lucky Draw, Shoppers are required to answer the question “Name one F&B specialty store in Alamanda”.
- For avoidance of doubt, Weekdays Specials Lucky Draw contest forms that are incomplete, unclear and/or not in satisfactory manner howsoever, will be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.
- A total of three (3) prizes of RM500 Alamanda F&B Vouchers are available.
- The Organiser’s decision is final and binding and no appeals will be entertained. f. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the rewards and prizes with other redemption items or prizes of similar value without prior notice and without compensation.
- Prizes are given on an ‘as is’ basis, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or in kind whether in part or in full, non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Prizes are subject to these Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.
- A closed-door lucky draw from a pool of entries will be organised at Alamanda Shopping Centre. The Alamanda Shopping Centre Management Office shall pick three (3) winners from the submitted contest entry forms.
- Winners will be notified by the Organiser up to a maximum of three (3) attempts via phone, email and SMS. The winner will be required to respond within three (3) days.
- The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for any reasons whatsoever. The Organiser reserves the right to select another winner upon three (3) failed attempts to contact the winner.
- Winners are required to collect their prizes from Alamanda Shopping Centre.
- In the event that the winner is unable to collect his/her prize in person, the winner may appoint his/her representative through submission of an authorisation letter.
- Winner must produce the official email or SMS or WhatsApp provided by the Organiser and personal identification card (MyKad, MyPR or passport) to claim the prize. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any claim should the winner fail to produce any of the required documents.
- In the event a winner chooses not to accept the prize, the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser and the winner shall be deemed to have disclaim all of his/her rights, interests and claims to that prize.
- Any expenses incurred, including travelling to participate and/or to redeem the prize are under the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
- Winners are responsible for their safety during the journey to and from Alamanda Shopping Centre and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any cause of personal injury / death / loss of property sustained whatsoever.
- 5.By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
- to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- to have consented to the Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications, and purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
- to have released the Organiser from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Alamanda F&B Voucher.
- to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation whatsoever.
- 6. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any of the Terms and Conditions at any time as it deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation whatsoever against the Organiser for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- 7. The Organiser’s decision is final and absolute, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
